Inteligencia artificial y educación inclusiva: oportunidades y desafíos en la intervención psicoeducativa

La inteligencia artificial (IA) está modificando la manera en que las instituciones educativas adaptan contenidos, organizan apoyos y acompañan a estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales. El artículo analiza la relación entre la integración pedagógica de herramientas de IA y el fortalecimiento de la educación inclusiva en intervenciones psicoeducativas. Se realizó una revisión sistemática y crítica de literatura publicada entre 2020 y 2026. La búsqueda en Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC y Dialnet identificó 456 registros; después del proceso de depuración y cribado se incluyeron 46 estudios. La evidencia se organizó en cuatro ejes: personalización del aprendizaje, accesibilidad multimodal, preparación docente y gobernanza ética. Los estudios reportan mejoras en acceso a contenidos, participación, autonomía, habilidades sociales y reducción de tareas administrativas. También describen brechas de infraestructura, sesgo algorítmico, riesgos para la privacidad, sobrecarga sensorial y dependencia de plataformas. Se concluye que la IA aporta a la inclusión cuando responde a una necesidad educativa definida, se integra con el Diseño Universal para el Aprendizaje, conserva la supervisión profesional y se implementa mediante protocolos institucionales de validación y protección de datos
